Developing a business plan is one of the legal aspects of starting a business as it acts as a blueprint for determining financial backers. The second aspect is determining the type of legal entity the business is going to be. The issue of tax is another aspect which can not be ignored, and it includes income, employment and sales tax which all have to be considered when starting a business.
